APARTMENT BUILDING

TAMO 38 / Jabotinsky 38, Tel Aviv / 2014

The apartment building is located in downtown Tel Aviv and had initially 14 apartment units. The goal was to add two additional floors that include three apartments, add shelters and balconies to each existing apartment, and at the same time to renovate the building and create a new envelope to manage all extensions. The goal was achieved with the

design proposal with respect to building regulations and building line. In addition, the maximum possible square meters was achieved by extending the building to increase the size of all apartments.
